Attention: Complete rental conditions are available on simple demand. All rental is subject to these rental conditions except other in writing agreed conditions.
  • All prices listed are excl. VAT
  • Only written ordering can be accepted.
  • Payment can only be accepted in cash money, certified bank check or payment in advance on the bankaccount of MAX snd'L bvba (prove of payment needs to be shown).
  • MAX snd'L bvba can decide to ask a guarantee for the rented equipment.
  • MAX snd'L bvba can not be held responsable for wrongly ordered equipment.
  • MAX snd'L bvba can not be held responsable for the fact that the customer is not able to use the rented equipment. If the customer doesn't have the technical skills to use the equipment, a technician should be rented.
  • All rented equipment stays property of MAX snd'L bvba.
  • A deposit of 25% of the invoice needs to be paid after signing the contract. 25% must be paid 2 weeks before the rental period and the last 50% in the week after the rental period.
  • In case of non-payment of the invoice amount on the due date, the invoice amount will be risen by 15% with a minimum of €75
  • On top of this fine, an intrest of 12% (year-rate) will be calculated over the outstanding amount on the outstanding period.
  • The customer is responsable for damage or theft of the rented equipment. In case of partial damage, the repair costs, including transport costs will be charged to the customer. In case of complete damage, theft, or not repairable equipment, an amount will be charged equal to the aquisition of new equipment.

BY SIGNING THE RENTAL ORDER FORM, THE CUSTOMER AGREES WITH THE RENTAL CONDITIONS OF MAX SND'L BVBA.
